Minä-Machine Series, 2013( mixed media performance)

I attach circular components onto glasses through the connection of string and wire. These connecting lines " grow" onto the face, protecting the eyes. They extend further, linking parts of the body together, circling around the ribcage, activating the limbs and joints. My connected body begins to move.
Why do you dress like this? The function of my mechanical body is not fully known. Their meaning moves between comfort and fear of exposure, developing a struggle between the internal and external.
